Returns & Exchanges

Alera Products accepts returns of products purchased at or our online store for a full refund within 30 days of original purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will also require receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Some health and personal care items

To return purchases to Alera:

Completely fill out the Returns Form and ship the form and item(s) back to us using a carrier of your choice.  Please include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. Alera is not responsible for any returns lost in transit. Please send your returns to:

Returns sent to us by mail by the original purchaser will be refunded to the original method of payment. We regret that we are unable to refund your shipping fees unless the return was due to a mistake on our part.

Returns that are either (a) not accompanied by the original order details or (b) received more than 30 days after the purchase date will be exchanged for an Alera  gift card in the amount of the original purchase price.

Please note that credit card refunds can take up to 4 weeks to appear on your account. Alera reserves the right to issue partial refunds or to refuse return if items are partially consumed or there is evidence that product has been used.  

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 15432 SW 88 Street Miami Florida US 33196.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
